J/Brice Design International is a multi-faceted group of architects, designers and purchasing agents, who combine expertise in interior architecture and design with innovative and progressive aesthetics. We offer complete services for the design (new construction) as well as refurbishing of commercial interiors, with special emphasis on hotels and condominium towers.
Project involvement ranges from conceptual design and schematics to detailed construction drawings, through procurement, project supervision and soft opening. It has always been the benchmark of our corporate ideology that timely performance is paramount.
J/Brice prides itself on meeting owner’s schedules, developing complete comprehensive construction documents and is committed to an “on time, on budget” mentality that is required for a projects ultimate success, keeping in our sights the particulars that will be required for each individual property.
J/Brice is a preferred design group for Hilton Hotels, Marriott International/Starwood Hotels, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, and Wyndham Worldwide Properties.
International credentials include work for TAJ Hotels, Kempinski, Royal Tulip, and boutique properties in Qatar, and The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We also serve Barkan Management, Carmel Partners, The Dermot Company, The JBG Group, and Greystar on their luxury rental and condominium properties, as well as The Fakieh Group KSA on their entertainment and F&B venues throughout the Saudi Kingdom.
